Mark Müller is driven by a desire to bring innovative thinking to unique projects that provide quality and complete client satisfaction.
Müller, Fulton Developers’ co-founder and president, started his career in Uruguay, earning master’s degrees in both architecture and urban planning.
During six years with the design/build firm Rodolfo Margoniner, Müller worked with the principal architect in the design of many commercial and residential projects. He personally managed the construction of the Regency Suites Hotel (5-star), a multifamily residential building, an office building for Varig Airlines, and an Air Force country club facility. He has been with Fulton since 2002 working on projects throughout the Chicagoland area. As a LEED Accredited Professional he strives for Green buildings which are more energy efficient, sustainable and healthier.
Müller currently serves on the Highland Park Zoning Board of Appeals.
Rodolfo Margoniner’s experience in large-scale projects and keen attention to detail have framed Fulton Developers’ corporate philosophy.
Margoniner, Fulton’s co-founder and vice president, began his career after earning his master’s degree in architecture in 1979.
He has since designed and built seven high-rise buildings, three Regency Suites Hotels, and Hotel Villa Morra, all of which are 5-star facilities; as well as a Sheraton golf and spa resort, several multifamily projects, and over 45 single-family homes.
