Wynstone Pond Residence

North Barrington, IL (Design + Build)

This 10,000-square-foot home, located in the Jack Nicklaus golf course community of Wynstone, allowed us to turn an architectural and construction challenge into a stunning amenity. Not only did the lot have a unique triangular shape, but a natural pond sat in the middle. We relocated the pond to one side and reduced its size.

We then capitalized on this natural feature and located main rooms overlooking the pond, giving the family room, living room and guest bedroom breathtaking views.
