Mark Muller is founding principal of Fulton and serves as the lead designer on all projects.. Muller has been building custom homes and multifamily buildings on the North Shore for over twenty years.
Muller’s work has been recognized with the Beautification Award by the City of Highland Park. His six multifamily projects revitalized a neighborhood near the city’s downtown, reflecting the same elegance, customization and care as the breathtaking single family homes he has designed and built in surrounding neighborhoods and throughout the North Shore. As a LEED accredited professional, he strives for Green buildings which are more energy efficient, sustainable and healthier. A resident of Highland Park, Muller served on the Highland Park Zoning Board of Appeals for almost 10 years. He started his career in Uruguay, earning master’s degrees in both architecture and urban planning.
Rodolfo Margoniner’s experience in large-scale projects and keen attention to detail have framed Fulton’s corporate philosophy.
Margoniner, Fulton’s co-founder and vice president, began his career after earning his master’s degree in architecture in 1979. He has since designed and built several high-rise buildings, hotels, multifamily projects and more than 50 single family homes.
Christine Peloza is the Office Manager for Fulton. She is responsible for maintaining the company’s financial records and works closely with local vendors and residents in the community. She has over eight years of experience in accounting management while possessing leadership roles. She enjoys the challenges that come with the position and the passion for continual learning.
Christine received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration which directed her to this career path. Although some would not associate finance with innovation and vision, being part of a company that builds and designs gives Christine the opportunity to utilize her creative and artistic side.
Carol grew up in Deerfield and graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BA in Art History and Political Science. She taught Social Studies at Lane Tech College Prep High School before staying at home with her children. She moved to Highland Park, where she tutored high school students and obtained her real estate license. As a Realtor, she sold several luxury properties throughout the North Shore and Chicago before deciding to focus on the development side of real estate, at which time she joined the Fulton’s design team as Selections Coordinator. She is very excited to be a part of Fulton!
Rebecca Ruffner is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a number of residential, commercial and HOA properties in Highland Park. She has over 8 years of experience in property management and has managed many types of properties all over the country, including apartment communities as big as 800 units and Federal housing on a military installation.
Rebecca studied Business Management and Business Administration at the University of Notre Dame- Mendoza College of Business. She greatly enjoys working with a company that designs and develops communities, not just buildings. Seeing the process from start to finish brings on more knowledge and experience.
Property Management operations are performed under a separate company.
