Mark Muller is founding principal of Fulton Developers and serves as the lead designer on all projects.. Muller has been building custom homes on the North Shore for over twenty years.
Muller’s work has been recognized with the Beautification Award by the City of Highland Park. His six multifamily projects revitalized a neighborhood near the city’s downtown, reflecting the same elegance, customization and care as the breathtaking single family homes he has designed and built in surrounding neighborhoods and throughout the North Shore. As a LEED accredited professional, he strives for Green buildings which are more energy efficient, sustainable and healthier. A resident of Highland Park, Muller served on the Highland Park Zoning Board of Appeals for almost 10 years. He started his career in Uruguay, earning master’s degrees in both architecture and urban planning.
Rodolfo Margoniner’s experience in large-scale projects and keen attention to detail have framed Fulton Developers’ corporate philosophy.
Margoniner, Fulton’s co-founder and vice president, began his career after earning his master’s degree in architecture in 1979. He has since designed and built several high-rise buildings, hotels, multifamily projects and more than 50 single family homes.
Christine Peloza is the Office Manager for Fulton. She is responsible for maintaining the company’s financial records and works closely with local vendors and residents in the community. She has over eight years of experience in accounting management while possessing leadership roles. She enjoys the challenges that come with the position and the passion for continual learning.
Christine received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration which directed her to this career path. Although some would not associate finance with innovation and vision, being part of a company that builds and designs gives Christine the opportunity to utilize her creative and artistic side.
Debi Elman is an interior design consultant for Fulton. She consults 1-on-1 with clients to customize their home with cabinetry selections, plumbing fixtures, appliances and flooring while providing hands-on client service through each phase. Debi’s experience in residential design spans over 20 years where she has fulfilled lead design roles in residential projects such as home renovations, room redesign, home staging and home styling. Additionally, she has designed the interiors of newly constructed single family model homes and high rise models which have also included common areas such as the lobby, hallways, sales offices and clubhouse rooms.
Receiving her degree in Interior Design was a childhood vision come true; to create uplifting spaces that clients feel connected to and that fulfill their functional needs while capturing their unique personality. Debi likens the artistry of Interior design to that of an excitingly, challenging puzzle where everything must fit together with both purpose and intended style. Her design preferences tend to lean clean and modern ,yet timeless with the flexibility to layer in transitional pieces for clients who prefer a mix of styles.
